Delete your Plurilore account
You can permanently delete your account from either the Plurilore mobile app or the website. You must sign in so we can verify that the request belongs to you.
In the mobile app
- Open More, then Account.
- Export your server data and local Notes first if you want to keep them.
- If Apple or Google bills your membership, use Manage subscription before deletion.
- Select Delete Plurilore account and complete the confirmation.
On the website
Sign in, open Account, choose Privacy & data, and select Delete account. You can start from the Privacy & data page.
Store subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Plurilore account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your device subscription settings before deleting the account to prevent a future renewal.
Deleted or de-identified
After verification, the deletion workflow schedules removal or de-identification of account data that Plurilore no longer needs, including:
- Your profile, active sessions, authentication state, onboarding state, and preferences.
- Practice activity records, activity logs, device registrations, and notification preferences that are not subject to a legal-retention requirement.
- Plurilore billing-entitlement projections and customer links that are no longer required for accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
- Other server feature records associated with the account that Plurilore is not legally required to retain.
Plurilore does not provide saved server-side chat history under the current stateless chat model. In the mobile app, confirming deletion also deletes that account's encrypted Notes database and key on the current device. A website deletion request cannot erase Notes on another offline device or files that you previously exported, so remove those copies separately.
What may be retained, and for how long
Deletion is not an instruction to erase records that Plurilore or a store must keep for law, security, or transaction integrity. The normal retention categories are:
- The soft-deleted account and associated server records for generally up to 30 days while the request and purge complete.
- Payment, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records for as long as required, commonly up to 7 years.
- Security and operational logs for typically around 90 days, or longer for an active investigation or legal hold.
- Support communications for typically up to 3 years after resolution.
- Consent and audit records for as long as needed to demonstrate legal acceptance and compliance.
- Limited backup copies until normal backup rotation completes; those copies are not restored for ordinary product use.
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other payment providers retain their own transaction records under their policies. For the complete retention schedule, see the Privacy Policy.
