Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?▾
Billing-interval changes are managed by Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play. You can change the number of monthly credits in Plurilore while keeping your current interval.
What happens when I change my monthly allowance?▾
A higher allowance applies immediately with provider proration, and Plurilore grants only the additional credits for the current cycle. A lower allowance takes effect at renewal.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?▾
The assistant pauses responses until your monthly allowance resets. You can also buy 20–5,000 non-expiring top-up credits at $0.20 each.
Do you offer refunds?▾
We do not guarantee refunds. If you have issues, contact support and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. The Seeker plan is free and includes 5 credits each month and access to the Hub. Practice exercises include 5 uses per activity per UTC day: six-question sets or Ask/Face readings.
How do Practice exercise limits work?▾
Seeker includes 5 uses per activity per UTC day: six-question sets or Ask/Face readings, shared across web and mobile. On mobile, one rewarded ad adds 5 shared sets, with up to 5 Practice reward ads per account per UTC day. Scholar exercise sets are unlimited.
Is there a free trial?▾
Web memberships have no trial. On mobile, only the 100-credit annual package can include a store-eligible seven-day trial with 100 trial credits.
